For some first timers they aren’t sure what to bring. When you arrive you are given a towel, lock for your locker, water bottle and robe. I suggest also bringing a good book to read, sunglasses and if winter weather a winter cap. If you do forget anything, they have a wide variety of items available on site, including flip flops, which I can personally say you may need!

You don’t have to worry about bringing a lunch either because they have great healthy lunch options on-site. Whether a meal for my husband or a shared meal with a girlfriend all are always happy.

On our latest visit with no snow we realized there were so many walking paths and areas that in winter are covered in snow. We found a secluded area up on a hill that had the most comfortable reclining chairs. So much so my husband fell asleep and awoke to find others sitting in the area… did I mention he awoke by snoring himself awake??
